I found Yoga many years ago at a time that I needed it the most. It was then that I first started to notice a deep sense of peace, clarity & increased awareness which prompted me to find out all I could about what I was experiencing.
The more I immersed myself in yoga, breath work & meditation the more whole I felt, the more at home I felt in my body & the more peace I felt moment to moment.
More recently, I have connected to the healing & harmony brought about by crystal healing, sound therapy & sacred ceremonies.
The energetic shifts, deep relaxation, clarity & healing that occurs during a sound bath is a feeling that is unparalleled for me & being held in a sacred ceremonial space is so incredibly powerful & transformative.
I am deeply grateful that I get to to share all of these healing modalities with others so that they too can enjoy & experience this deeper connection to their Soul.
I just wanted to let you know that I am loving the course so much. It has been so informative and is giving me such a good theoretical background to so many wellness practices that I have benefited from over the years, which I am now beginning to understand on a much deeper level, and has introduced me to new modalities that have been so beneficial to include in my daily practices. It makes me so excited to think that I will be able to help others with these skills soon! You really have put together an incredible learning experience, and your love and knowledge for these subjects comes through so beautifully in the videos and course work
